I want to put a Calais cluster in my sv6 to give me the triple screens with all the extra information.

What is involved to do this?

Also will all the screens be blue and can they be changed to red?

    Thanks

    2013 MY12.5 SV6Z + 2016 MY16 SV6, both manuals
All the best. I have done it to a VE SV6 MY11 and MY12.5, both times installed by my local dealer - the foreman actually did it. However, I have heard stories of dealers refusing and failing.

doubledip has done a number of conversions, including the somewhat harder update to HSV clusters. He gave me advice that was accurate and very helpful. I think he is located in NW Sydney.

By your reference to screen colour, I am assuming that you have an earlier SV6 as Series II has white lighting for the dials and red only for the centre panel. The Calais clusters are more white light. I believe that the lights can be changed to red, but at some complexity.

If you are referring to the colour of the centre console lighting, that is not affected by the cluster upgrade.

I am sure doubledip will be the best source of advice and help.
