Calais console query

My vr calais is missing whatever sits in the pocket beneath the stereo.

The rubber mat from a lower spec exec or berlina won't fit and I can't find a pic of the right part so i can start looking.

Has anybody got a photo of one or know where I might track one down?

Ring holden ask for part number have Vin Number ready.
If u get part number google it /Ebay may help don`t know.

There is no rubber insert in the Calais like there is in the lower spec vehicles. The pocket is a part of the fascia that simply clips in lower section of the dash. I will take a photo of mine when the sun eventually comes up as the car is sitting inside the garage.

+1 for vs-lover. I removed the console in my VS Calais a number of times and can't remember removing/replacing any rubber insert.

Thanks vs. There is some adhesive residue so i assumed something had gone there...

a picture is worth a thousand words, had one in my vr calais they are just glued in easily lost.

edit: iirc statesman and caprice also had them
