VR S Pack - 5 speed
hey guys,
i just recently changed my diff ratio and now need to calibrate the speedo..
i bought a speedo correction kit from jaycar and built it but it doesnt seem to work... i dont know if ive made a mistake somewhere soldering the components into the PCB or if it just doesnt suit the set up of the VR..
has anyone else used the jaycar kit with succes?
how has everyone else corrected their speedo's after changing the diff ratio?

Thanks

haha.. nah man the kit is easy to build.. you dont even need to be able to read a wiring diagram.. its all written out on the pcb where everything goes..
fitting to the car is easy too man.. find the speedo signal wire (in the vr it was violet and white if i remember correctly) its in a loom near the fuse box.. and put the corrector in line with it so it intercepts the signal... then just gotta find power and ground.. i just spliced into the power wire feeding the speedo which is a pink and black wire in the same loom as the signal wire.
