Haven't been around the forum for a long time but I figured im getting a new ride so why not talk about it.


Model: MK I FG XR6T

Colour: White

Factory Options: Full Factory Optioned (Leather, sunroof, reverse cam etc)


Power Mods:

1000cc Injectors
Battery Relocation and CAI
GTX3582R with 12 psi actuator and flapper mod
Turbosmart BOV
Plazaman Intercooler
Full 3.5" Exhaust
Flash tuned sct xcal 3

Currently running 15psi tune at 355rwkw. Tuned at 18 psi aswell for 370rwkw on 98.



Haven't picked her up yet, should be getting her early this week when I get back from Sydney.

So I picked up the car on Thursday night, took a couple of quick snaps after I gave her a wash.

Man its fun having boost, little quicker than the ol' vx too

The wheels are growing on me, definitely still want new ones but if I spray them black they will be alright for the time being.

Also have either of you FG owners replaced your diff bushes? Mine need doing and not sure wether go to with superpro comfort or performance? Cheers

Haha I remember asking this same question when I first got mine.
The answer - comfort Pro on the centre mount and Performance in the side ones.
Best compromise on comfort. Particularly if you plan on lowing it.

I got a quote for $900 to get them done with any bush.. Does that seem reasonable?
