im looking at fitting a cam to my vn 5ltr and im after some info and stats

things like:
can fit it with out a stall or mods
whats the drive like
fuel consumtion
roughness of idle
power range/rev range
how well will it cope with gas

i dont need info on fitting as ive done it before

i have a stage 3 crane cam in my hz 308 and im thinking of using that but it needs a stall(my hz has a 2500 stall) but im not sure how big it needs

also whats the stall of a standard torque converter in my vn i was told its like 1500 but i dont think thats right

Keep the stock cam, unless you are getting more compression and a new manifold it will do very little except loose you some bottom end power, Your car allready has everything it needs to run quicker than 14.5 fairly easily, just needs a stronger tune and it will be there
