Yes n no you pay your mechanic $25-45 an hour , bills , rent etc. Most places each bay has to pull 6-700 a day to come out on top...

I wouldn't pay it either I only pay machining and tuning. I learnt how to rebuild diffs , motors and autos out of refusal to pay the prices they charge n then was like hmm. Someone should pay me this to fix their stuff. Long story short they now do lol.

Have you tried CSC Performance in Wangara? Can't fault his work and specialises in hot Commos.

right so I've got the car back now, all tuned and running lovely but I still have the sticker. I'm not exactly too sure what's been done as of yet. I have phoned up the licensing centre and apparently I have to get it towed to an inspection centre, its not toooo loud but its quite lumpy and little smelly, I think the lumpiness should be fine its just the smell now, will a stock exhaust reduce that by much?

will also see if I can upload an mp3 of it.

It's the cats that will let you down. I think stock are 400cell so I reckon 100cell cats (if that's what you have ) on even a stock car wouldn't pass emissions.

If you have an off the shelf exhaust you should just be able to bolt on some stock manifolds and cats just to get through the test it would give you a much better chance.

If you were around Melbourne I would lend you a set have some in my shed.
