    changing my cam

hey guys, this is my first post on here so go easy ;)
I am running a fairly stock 5ltr VPSS, and after reading a lot on what u boys have to say about cams, i think ill go with the crane 276. However, before i go ahead and buy this ... what else am i going to need to change at the same time. Is it as simple as pull one out, put new one in (with new lifters of course), or am i going to have to put new timing gears/minor head work/a new gasket kit... an the list goes on.
Just after a quick guide as to what im looking at to change it from stock cam, to 276 (additional costs ontop of cam would be greatly appreciated if you know them off hand ;)
    Thanks heaps, Mick
