If it's that bad, something will break sooner or later, then you will know what it is :). But if its REALLY loud it's got to be somewhere in the top end of the motor so it can't be that hard to find if it's not the injectors

check your drive belt(you all probably thik im mad for sayin that)
ive heard drive belts make some strange noises.
also do the screwdriver trick on the idler and tensinor pullys(on the bolts when running) they make a hell of a lot of noise when stuffed.
watch out for moving parts

Yeah, ive tryed the tensioner pully, its ok, but not the culprut of 'the noise'. Somthing that ive been noticing lately and has been hapening more often is surging, it usually hapens after ive done a nice 15min -30min highway run and then come back into town doing 60kms. The car would surge when the foot is on the brake slowing and no accelerator is pressed. You can hear the drive train slapping a bit when she surges. Last night the car was suring just crusing around town! no highways runs at all! I think its getting more common now, but on the up side it sounds like a Small V8 with a cam :).

it could be your timing chain (magnas are so verry bad for it)
or your c.a.s has come loose and is hitting on the harmonic balance

yeh, the CAS sounds like a good place to look, this did happen to me and it does make a ticking noise now that you mention it. eventually the car will run rough and die. do the screw driver trick with the CAS, you will nead a long screw driver however. this could definitly be your problem

In relation to the Question of OIL HRP 15 is too thin especially if the car has a few km's on it. Get HPR 30 and give it some more protection.
