Can anyone help? Ticking making me go crazy!

First post guys, go easy aye

I have recently brought myself a VR with a 5 litre and its got a bloody ticking noise as well. I have been told that the injectors are fine and to replace the lifters. Hopefully this will solve the bloody issue. Just a quick question in regards to the lifters, is it recommended to do the cam as well??

hahaha, too true. It's a pain in the ass at the moment with a broken finger.

What would you recommend??

i put worked heads on my vr (v6) and it was my first time i did it and seems to be right (hasnt blown up yet ) but a few thigns were pain in the ass, either get sum1 else to do it, or wait till ur finger is back to normal
