The V6 should be rated at 3.5 bar/51 psi but that is without a vacuum source connected to the FPR. At idle with vacuum connected it will read less.

Thanks for that ;)

Well that seems what I have, ignition on it's 42 psi/2.9 bar and running it's just a tad under that and with the vac line removed it's 50 psi/ 3.4 bar hmmm.

Maybe I have injector problems then? Still have lean mid range going up hills and with the PC plugged in the usual AFR 14.7 goes up to 16.3 and the knock senors start retarding the spark timing..

That's what you want. I see no problem there.

Thank you also for the reply, I can't quite remember so I will view the data again.
I do remember the both 02 senors going very lean at the same time!

Fuel pressure and fuel flow are 2 different things. Pressure may be fine at idle but drop under load if there isn't enough flow.

I'd clean the MAF and probably change the fuel filter for starters.

I have cleaned the MAF and changed the fuel filter and changed plugs - checked Omhs reading on the leads, also cleaned the throttle body..
