Holden doesn't sell them rubber hoses. You can use an insulator off an old lead.

Not sure what you are referring to on the roof rack pic, but in the first pic you have the wagon roof track.
Second pic shows rhino roof rack fitted to the wagon roof track.

What an odd question. If your roof channels have actually been involved in an accident where something like a bike(s) are mounted on the racks and you .... (ouch) drive into a garage, you would be looking at very serious damage to the roof along the channels and the roof itself. Otherwise, what's with the desire for replacement??

The vacuum hose should be replaced if that visible gunk is an attempt to "plug" it. It is the positive crankcase ventilation hose, and plays a role in emission control. Usually techies inspect this (along its whole length, not just what is visible here) at scheduled services. It is pointless to attempt repairs of cracks or splits, and a vacuum leak can lead to a raspy engine. There is much more of the hose underneath the covers; costs about $160 (add labour) for replacement.

Can't help you with the roof rack tracks. Can help with the PCV Hose elbow. You could buy the complete hose and elbow (they don't sell elbows separately). The complete package hose and elbow priced between $70 - $80
If you go to any wreckers buy come spark plug insulators (used on older cars with exposed spark plugs and HT leads). I picked up a few for a couple of dollars each. They fit perfectly and are a much cheaper and better option. Good luck.
