can i put a 80LTR Drop tank in my stock v6 vs

Hey guys currently looking at buying a vs but its stock as a rock and my mates selling a 80ltr drop tank can I put that straight into my vs ? Any pics of a vs with 80ltr tank and info would be awesome

Does it have all the straps for the tank as well ??

If so yes it should just go in, might say it's full on the fuel gauge for the first 15 litres but nothing wrong with that

as said if you have the straps to go with the tank it should fit. All VS V8s had the bigger tank, if it wasn't pissing down rain outside id show ya what I looks like. Also there is a switch on the back of ur cluster, flick it to 80L and the fuel gauge should work fine

Will fit its just a bigger tank, not all v8s had them but as stated should be a switch on back of cluster for what tank you have. Although been a v6 clluster not sure if it has it, my hsv cluster definitely did

Pickup might be different but gauge and pump is set up the same and empty to full indicates the same... Switch on back of cluster is for trip computer only
