Can I safely tow with a 3000 RPM Stall Converter? Cammed VZ SS Ls1

HI I have a Cammed VZ SS Ls1 Commodore the cam spec are around 232 /234 112 lsa mark with a 3000 rpm stall and a stage 2 gearbox shift kitted billet pump (4l60E)
It has A trans cooler fitted with a thermostatically controlled fan and a 3.73 lsd M80
Would it be safe to tow a large cage trailer with it? carrying the dogs or moving house with it? thanks

It should be fine as an every now and then thing but I wouldn't do it regularly.
