Cant flash highbeams since L3 luster con

I just did a L3 cluster conversion and when my headlights are turned on my highbeams work no problem. But when their turned off and i try to just flash my highbeams buy pulling the indecator stalk back nothing happens. The high beams dont work has any one had this problem before or does anyone know what it could be?

it mayb stalk related... or a loose wire. Id say it has nothing to do with the l3 cluster. Maybe wrong. Did it work before?
