I need some help removing the fitting on the OEM air intake pipe for the PCV valves pipe. I have tried using a fuel disconnection line tool but it doesn't seem to do anything or maybe I'm using it wrong. Any info is greatly appreciated! Please see attached pic for the part

To anyone who's brought a CAI, have you noticed any loss or improvement in low end torque? To be honest my reason for installing an intake is because I love induction sounds

I posted a service manual that might have information on how to remove it here

thanks, thought I would update this thread too. Unfortunately it seems like the way to remove this involves cutting it apart and replacing it which might mean it's easier to replace the whole damn pipe (and needing to order it from god knows where!) I would have thought there is some kind of adapter to remove it... it seems the older holdens had removable versions similar - see link
