I have read a few reports about this, but I must be missing something.
A rental car for $2-$300 per week is good value. Apart from having to take a minimum of 28 days initially, what happens after that is not explained.
Do you sign up for a year ? Can I hire a Trailblazer for a month, drive to Uluru via Birdsville and hand it back, no questions asked ?
Lots more questions unanswered.

Just a little side thing....I noticed today, City Holden is in the process of building a new building......So one would think, Holden aren't shutting shop real quick at this stage.

Or it's for an alternative brand.

It can only be a matter of time when Holden closes the doors completely. They sure don't have anything i would consider buying.
They want to sell the Camaro in 2021. Wayyyyyyy to late imo, they should've been selling in 2017.
GM are retarded no wonder they needed Obama's money. They don't sell a RWD sports car here in Australia yet Toyota, Ford, Merc, BMW and recently Kia and the others that don't have AWD options. They lost the plot and don't know what consumers want. If GM sold the C7 here I bet it would sell like hot cakes to the market that buys 140k plus but they wont. I bet half the C63 sales would be wiped if there was a Z vette avalible in RHD which the C7 has a symmetrical chassis wtf?

lol

Best you have a look in the mirror before calling someone retarded.

Not only tradesmen buy those things. Open your eyes and your mind.

Yup. Every man and his dog has one now. Got to wonder how many ever actually find their way into 4 low in the transfer box? Cause we all need 4 wheel drive for those rainy days driving on a sealed road surface.

It wasn't long ago tradies all had the Holden (or dear I say Ford) ute as work vehicles.

^ for the non trade, it’s a buyer fashion statement these days, just not sure what they are trying to say.

oh, and I don’t think they all have a high/low range transfer box or all are all wheel drive.
