Can't upload animated avatar :(

I am just trying to change my avatar and it says that I can't upload animated images??? Has this been changed because I have used this avatar before?? Can any of you goodlooking Mods help me please ???

Upload the image as an attatchment and we'll see what we can do (we can specially add avatars which don't adhere to the rules.. *cough cough mine* lol)
