Caprise rear mufflers

Hi all just joined up. I’ve just bought a WN caprise v8, the previous over replaced the rear mufflers with hot dogs and it’s too loud. Would a pair of walkinshaw mufflers off a ve Ute be compatible??

The ute and Caprice share the same wheelbase and the stock factory exhaust systems on both are interchangeable. IE: a vf1 ute exhaust will bolt straight up to a WN L77 Caprice.

If the previous owner has stuffed around with the exhaust you now have, the pipe size might be different and the walky mufflers might not easily fit.

Buy the whole Walkinshaw catback system if available to replace your existing catback and you'll be good.
