If a VT front seats bolt straight into a VS and VX to VZ bolt into a VT, seats from a VX would go into a VS wouldn't they? I know it's a dumb question, sometimes though there are subtle changes between models that make it harder the older you go

VT Front seats don't fit VS without modification, So the same process would be needed for VX to VS

Not really, I'm asking if the VX seats would be the same. Like I said, some models have subtle changes

yes they would fit just the same at the VT seats with only modifications required on the rails. seats with electric adjusters and or air bags I would imagine require some more effort.

Thanks Big-Al, that's what I'm after. Do you know if it's possible to remove/disengage the airbags besides not wiring them up? Like take out the explosion plate kind of thing

pretty sure you can remove the seat covers and remove the air bags, then put the cover back on the seat.

when i say covers, i mean the seat skins. They are removable from the metal framwork inside the seat to which the airbag is mounted.
