This may sound stupid, are your fans running in the right direction. I know of an auto electrician that was paid to wire up a mates fans and he had them running in the wrong direction. The car was not test driven after the install by the auto electrician and assumed everything was ok.

Let me know what they say, I'm curious :)

Easiest way to test the fans is just to hold a sheet of paper in front of them.

doesnt make a difference but how'd you hook them up?

constantly running or did you hook it up the V6 way which kicks on when it gets to about half?
