I have a set of low profile plastic ramps that I purchased many years ago because the normal ramps were useless for my low cars. They are pretty good and (only just) fit under the front of my Gen-F2 GTS, rear is easy for clearance. The Supercheap ramps in your post number two don't look like would be adequate to get under a low car. I even use the ramps to get the cars high enough off the ground to use low profile jacks.

I can't get my car up any ramps.

I use a low profile jack to lift it and either slide the ramps under the tyres or just use jack stands depending on what I need to raise it for.

.
I have to use the scissor jack to get some extra height for my low profile jack to get under the crossmember

Metal ramps won't work on concrete floor as they slide. Some plastic ones do have rubber feet to stop the slip. I have some 2x4 offcuts to drive on so I can get the jack underneath.
