Car Stalled A Minute After Taking Off And Won't Start Up Again

This morning my '91 VN stalled as I was leaving my street and I have not been able to start it up again. The car seemed alright for the first minute but then it stalled. I was in a similar situation over a month ago when my car stalled while I was driving at night on a busy road (but it took 45 minutes after starting up for this to happen), it eventually started up again though. I took it to the mechanics to get checked out and they cleaned out some stuff and didn't charge me for it. What could be the problem?

probably the CAS or DFI do a code check using a paper clip theres a how too on here will be called checking vn-vp for error codes or similar.
