Car stalling when in gear

Hey guys, just serviced the box 2 weeks ago, a few days ago i was at a set of lights and the car started to shudder then stalled, started back up no issues but done it a few times when i came to a complete stop in drive.
Also when going from Park to Reverse it done the same thing.

Now its not doing it as bad right now (it didnt happen at all last night)

Mate told me it could be low fluid, something about hydraulic pressure or a stuffed solenoid, Also it could be related to the Throttle body.

Anyone had similar issues or no of a possible cause.?
