I am buying a Toyota Camry 98 CSI to replace my 95VR

I found the engine have big noise, and the car have bit shaking when the RPM at about 2300
No problem in the neutral gear

Any body know the reason and is it a big issue?

Thanks!

Could any number of things, however 2300 rpm is one of the points where the 90°V6 vibration characteristics tends to show it's ugly head I think. I'd be looking at things like engine mounts, harmonic balancer etc.

If that is the case, it's nothing major to worry about. My VN had that vibration at about 2500 rpm, I only got rid of it when I fitted a race style Powerbond balancer. Standard balancers are a POS.

It is a 98 camry, 4 cylinder. Automatic
THe car only vibrate in Gear,
2200~2400RPM
Vibrate/ shaking whatever speed is.

Is it the Engine mount or dog bone problem?
