    Question time......

    When you say; "will not start", do you mean the engine turns over, or there is nothing at all?
    Do you have ignition lights on the dash and do all the other accesories work?

    Did it run before you connected the Tech 2?
    Maybe you inadvertently deactivated something with it?

    This is not for a Commodore, but is interesting....http://my.is/forums/f115/01-is300-car-cranks-no-start-up-obd-ii-wont-connect-462041/

    Just a thought;
    You didn't damage the obd receptacle with the Tech2 connector did you.
    It might be worth checking it for damage.

    if the battery is good, try cleaning the terminals.

    check the fuses both the ones under the steering column and also the ones in the engine bay. Gotta be that.
