Car wont start code 13 and 24

hes only running 17 degrees and has enough fuel to blow a puff of smoke on the top end, it's fine for 5 psi for sure, it's heaps conservative. It would have just got hot

2nd that, i gave my car more crap other times than what i did and it drove fine and didnt get hot what so ever, but since it split the tank it started playing up, the car has a good cooling system and peforms well. when i get another motor things will be built a lil stronger and more reliable

nah worked , gotta get some more things gaskets, idle arm, oil coolent stuff like that, but i could put the heads back on tonight.
