CD Calais Ash tray replacement

I have a 2001 VX Calais in which I am trying to do up and make the interior look slick. I have a broken ash trey compartment which I believe on the Calais are actually just a shelve with an opening door but the door has broken and just sits there making noise. Does anyone know of what these are called and where I can buy them and even better some sort of gauge that mounts flush there?

I had a 2002 VXII Berlina Wagon some time ago, and removed the Door/Flap from mine, so I could use it as a self,

And I do still have the door somewhere,
I hung on to it, because I heard they were a rare part to locate.
If I find it, I will let you know.
