    when i put a cd in my cd player[vx standard] comes up with e 4 then ejects anyone know why? thanxs scott

    Did you disconnect the battery recently? Not sure but I think the e4 is a request for a pin. e4 means that the wrong code has been attempted 4 times?

    I get E4 all the time, esp when putting in burnt cds. Its the eurovox POS.

    spot on luke

    but some times it plays burnt and other times it doesn't and it will be the same disk has the error and other times it will be fine and i always use same software? so how do you get around it?
