I have a issue with the passenger rear central locking.
Got another central locking regulator and still got the same problem.
Thinking electrical. Maybe another door is making this happen even though the rest are all fine.

When press the button on remote the lock doesn't want to lock or unlock.
I have the lock out atm to see what the problem is and the lock seems fine. Gave it a good clean and it locks and unlocks well, connected it back to the regulator and doesn't want to budge.
I tried the regulator on its own and I think it hasn't got enough power or something because it will shift in and out but wont drive the lock when I connect the wire hook to it.

So I'm really thinking to wards electrical...
The lock seems fine really, its not that hard to lock and unlock manually.

Can someone please give me some food for thought on this annoying issue.

    Cheers.

When I say regulator I mean Actuator. You'd get the diff anyway...
I suppose I will just spray the lock some more and maybe tighten the spring abit.
Maybe it's not electrical...I don't know I will try some more and see what happens...
I know this is a common fault with the passenger rear and just want a quick fix.
Is there a way to give the central locking more power?

OK, sometimes it locks and unlocks and then if I keep trying for awhile it will stop...
I've used almost a full can of crc. Not the Actuator, tried both still doing the same thing. Works then doesn't work...
    I will keep fiddling...

FIXED! Bent the metal away from the spring so it will lock and unlock allot easier.
Door opens, shuts, locks and unlocks like new.
Fingers crossed it stays in tact.
Don't know why it was so tempermental...but it's a easy fix the way I did it.
    Happy as Larry.
