Hi my LHR lock actuator is fried and has locked itself and won't unlock, i have a new actuator, and the bars to connect to it as i pulled the other one put with pliers trying to unlock the door.
I was wondering if theres a way i could get into the door trim to change the lock over, without having to cut the door trim off?
Also is there any diagrams on how yo change lock and the rod things? Cheers

Difficult but possible.
You'll need to use the other door as a comparison.
Wind the window down and use special hooks and levers to unlock the door through the window gap. Remove the belt mould if necessary.

A mobile auto-locksmith will be able to help you if you can't do it.

Have you tried removing the pillar cover between the doors and unplugging the harness and use a battery to unlock it using jumper wires , blue is unlock so positive and black and yellow should be earth.

It’s going to be hard to see the wire colours where it’s located. I had different wire colours on two rear door harnesses I have in the garage.
