If your talking about the one on the parcel shelf then thats easy. Lay in your boot look up at the under side of the parcel shelf, there should be a hole directly below the brake light, you'll see wiring going to a cream globe holder twist it and it should come out.

If your talking about the taillights then you actually have to take the light out. There should be three nuts (8mm i think), undo them and your taillight will come out. once out you can take out the globe.

I'm lead to believe that designed it like this to eliminate the chance of water getting in the boot through the taillight, like the earlier models. My VL was bad for that, had to change taillight cos it wouldn't seal no matter what i did.

If it's the centre light, and you had a lpg gas tank installed, would that get in the way?

Shouldn't think so cos the tank will usually sit on the hump and the hole is before that.
