Changed Diff Speedo Out

Hey guys I recently changed out the diff for a different ratio and now my speedo is out. Its an auto and before anyone says it shouldn't change because its read off the wheel sensor, in my case it isn't. Apparently it is read off the gearbox.
Anyway, short of getting a tuner to recalibrate the speedo and diff can it be done via Tech2 or Tis2Web? Surely ecu's and diffs are programmed in a number of different calibration combos out of the factory so there must be a way? One idea that popped up was reprogramming the ecu with Tis2Web with a new diff calibration using VCI method?

Can be changed with a scanner. The ppk (pulses per kilometer) is changed.

Any mechanic or auto elect. (and they all should have one these days) who has a scanner should be able to do it.
