I can't find any servicing guide threads or any workshop manual (i hear that there are no workshop manuals for VE commodores?), anyone know any good links with tips etc?

Thank you all!

Service manuals are all online, available on Holden website, you have to pay for what you need.

So the oil capacity has changed between models then? My V6 SIDI takes 6.7 litres INCLUDING the filter (6.5 without).

Had Castrol Edge Titanium 5W-30 put in mine yesterday...

The manual for my car (LE0 Alloytec 180) quotes 6.9L with the filter, and that's exactly what it took.

With Holden and the the Commodore coming to the end and workers to be sacked, surely the factory manual can now be leaked out to the interwebs for us all to get our greasy fingers on. Only vehcle I have with no top qual workshop manual and it's just a Holden.

Workshop manual isnt used at Holden Manufacturing.

Half the dimwits that work there pushing buttons probably cant even spell their own names let alone work out how to actually work on a car.

Holden Servicing isnt shutting down.

Who would bother going to Holden service after warranty. I think they will go like some of the other importers, exy production line oil changes with one qualified mechanic in the whole centre.
