Changing vx ss diff??

Hi all, I am in the process of removing the diff in my vx ss I have everything out except for the front 2 bolts on top that hold the diff to cradle, I got the back 2 out pretty easy has anyone got any tips for this and I guess in need to try and remove sway bar just can’t get in there?

Yeah I have done that I can’t get to the sway bar bolts to take it off so I can get to the 2 other top bolts

The attached instructions from the Holden VT/VX Service Manual may help you. Other forum members may have more relevant personal experience for you.

You can reach up and over the top to get the 2 front bolts. Removing the rear swaybar bolts and swinging it out of the way makes it easier.

Cheers mate got it, just have to put new one back in

Do the front bolts from the front with a combination spanner flipped the wrong way using the ring end.
