Just bought the ss and everything seemed fine til I took it for a long highway drive...Diff was chattery and clunky when at slow speed cornering...Have changed diff oil with castrol SAF-XA .. Have done 200 kms since oil change and if anything it sounds WORSE!!Does anyone have opionions on additives and oils or is the diff STUFT???

Nulon make a diff addative (works for gearboxes as well). its meant to smoothen things out, may improve your problem, it didn't really do much for my diff whine.
If you diff is not LSD, then it might be cheaper to get one from the wreckers and swap it in? Would I be right in saying that?
