Cleaning the windscreen.

Using the aerospace 303 (which he mentions)
It's way different to silicon based treatments.
303 is fantastic.

Further to some of those, ceramic coating the windscreen takes things further still.

I get this occassionally as well.

Keen to know if there is a solution.
I`ve had the blades fitted for 3yrs. now with refills when needed.
3 months ago (rainy season) the drivers side in my view was doing the same.
I got a GM one replacement at the time.

I think the DRIVERS SIDE BLADE (whole thing) is over the use by date.
I need to get a new AC DRIVERS SIDE BLADE fit and hope it rains to see what happens.

Well I just put a new ACDelco 19102809 DRIVERS SIDE BLADE and it`s raining and wiper is working great again so I think they just have a use by date. So I should get about 3Yrs of replacing rubbers before I have to replace whole blade.
Who would have thought the new GM one I got is F*****
Will go for a refund.
So ACD still great value.

That’s why if you soak the blade in Aerospace 303 first, you will get many more years out of the blade.

303 is great stuff, also available in sachets.

In this case ( ACD one) it wasn`t the rubber wiper (which was replaced) it was the plastic blade that holds the rubber wiper.
In the GM one it is metal blade that holds the rubber wiper.
So I reckon after 3YRS. the plastic blade in warped.
I backup this with : new whole ACD blade installed and works right.

I will still put 303 on the rubber wipers.
