Check engine light appearing

Hi, I have an issue with my car. It's a 2008 omega dual fuel lpg sedan and in the past few months the engine light has been appearing. The car will lose power when driving and sometimes it wont start. Anyone have a clue on what it could be. I had the gas tank checked last year and a service since then. It has done 121 000 k's.

go to your local auto parts store and get them to scan the codes for you

As above, get it scanned and that will give you an idea where to start,
Otherwise you will never know what is the cause of MIL being activated.
