Just wondering if anyone knows what mobilizer fuel engager is
took my car to a mechanic because it’s running rough he said o2 sensors and mobilizer fuel engager
Quoted me $1500 to fix it

i just googled it said may be fuel gauge ?? o2 sensors change the front ones 22mmm ring spanner easy

1500 bit steep change 02 sensors half hr not sure your other problem

Yeah I thought that was a bit expensive. He tried telling me my car has four 02 sensors but it’s 2004 so it’s only got 2.. I think I might get a second opinion. Car drives good just rough idle shakes abit and a little sluggish taking off, drives Smooth on the fwy.
New coils and spark plugs. I’ll change the o2 sensors myself I just don’t understand why it would cost so much And I’ve never heard of mobilizer fuel engager

Like Gungazza said powertrain could be a number of things. I would say get it scanned if you haven't already and see what codes come up

I got it scanned and the mechanic said 02 sensors and mobility fuel engager..
changed the air flow meter and cleaned the 02 sensors and car runs like a dream..
I think that mechanic dude seen a chick coming and thought he would make some quick cash
Hopefully the problem is fixed thanks guys

Exactly. What the heck is it?

What ever it is, I suspect a left handed screwdriver will be required to remove it.
