i heard that carbon cleaning was pretty pricy but was pretty good in a sence, that they connect it up to the fuel lines and run the car and it cleans the whole car fuel build ups or something like that..

Doing that would probably block the injectors.

it cleans all your injectors and valves and they clean the TB as well cost $140 or the carbon clean

You can clean the TB yourself, much better than any machine, for about $10.
