checking slotted rotors for warping

    does anyone know how to check slotted disks for warping? i got them front and rear on my vs and getting bad brake shudder sometimes and feels like car wants to bunny hope, i got all the correct equipment to check but how the hell do you doe it with slotted disks?

    Same way you do it with standard discs, with a dial gauge.

    i was thinking that however wouldn't the slots affect the dial gauge giving a wrong reading?

    Not really, it would only blip when it hit the slot but you will still get an accurate reading from opposite sides of the solid part.
