    Remove from car.
    Paint stripper.
Polish & clean (watch for finger prints).
    Clear coat to seal.
    Put back on car.

What he said ^^^. Make sure its a good industrial type paint stripper so you only have to wait a few minutes (not hours) for the paint to come off. Rinse it with water/wipe with wag and steel wool. Polish it with a rag and some Autosol metal polish. Wipe with clean rag, then if you want to clear coat it (I found that this dulled it to some extent) and put it back on the car.
