    Hey Guys,

Has anyone installed a Cold Air Intake in their VY?
Did you notice much difference with Noise/perfomance?

I am thinking of installing one to make my engine bay look a little more more...

    Thoughts?

Have you done your exhaust ??

Most people will say best bang for your buck with v6's are full exhaust an diff gears

Exhaust and Intake is a waste of time on a V6 unless you are going to do more serious mods (cam and/or lifters, forced induction). The standard induction/exhaust isn't really restrictive to begin with. If you just want a different noise then go ahead.

My Ecotec is completely stock (even down to the paper air filter) and it's never lost to an Ecotec with an exhaust. Probably because it's got lower kms and better maintained.

Diff gears on the other hand will definitely make your car noticeably faster.

To be honest im more looking for the sound/look.

This car has become a bit of a project for me so i am just enjoying do a few mods here and there.
I have an exhaust already. I want to look for a few different brands though, Something a little more snazzy!
