I think you will need the whole set-up. Heater box etc. Similar to this, This might look like over kill. Yes - it can be done, but a major job. Remove dash, change over heater core and heater box. A mechanic will quote 4hrs + on this alone. Then there are all the sensors and of course need to change loom over and BCM. Once that's done, there is the solenoid which controls vacuum to all the different flaps. A lot of hard work and a lot of $$ involved. People that have done it pretty much reckon they would not do it again.
Not yet. I will be putting a guide together at some stage in the future, as im converting my SS to Caprice spec'd interior. I will be writing up a very detailed guide with pics etc, but it might be a few months away.
