Wreckers. At least there is some sort of guarantee.

I bought one years ago, private. It was still working when pulled out. Changed the steering wheel & clockspring.

i've seem a few cheap new ones on feebay.. but i'm yet to replace mine as i cant remember which one i need lol
cbf'd pulling the bang bag off as mine only broke the steering wheel controls for the stereo

but tbh.. i'll probably just go wreckers route.. faster and they typically come with a warranty too
