Car struggles past 4000rpm and lacks power! Done everything besides the Dfi module and cat, cars got 280000km and it's manual ,how long do cats last?

A cat will last for longer than the 280K you have on your.

What kills them is an incorrect fuel mixture that causes them to over-heat and melt internally.

If you remove the cat and look inside, it will be fairly obvious if it has melted.
