It will only come up the first time you use a new connection, so as long as you stay at the same location using the same internet source it shouldn't come up again.

If you use something like a VPN or similar that is masking/changing your IP address every time you log on then it will appear each time.

I don't think that is correct. I see it frequently (about once a week or so) but briefly. Using the same browser on the same computer and network. Almost always from the same IP address too. I do use anti tracking (e.g. firefox containers) for this site though.

Have disabled the human prompt or more less 'under attack' mode so that should help I suspect.

Only affects me on my tablet, not my laptop. As I only use the tablet on weekends, doesn't really bother me.
