In NSW applications are being knocked back because the clubs need to include the logbook trial in its constitutional bylaws. Many haven't as yet.

Anyway the Volvo was inspected yesterday by the club inspector and passed. Due to register it Tuesday or Wednesday. In NSW I cannot do the 60 day trial because I am only just starting my club rego now.

Yeah it's only cars already on CRS before the trial that can switch to it.

As far as I know a registered club just has to contact the rms to say they want to participate in the trial. That was all our club and a couple of others I know of did.
No mention of changing by laws.
