ok thanks everyone for there advice and ii had a feeling many people would disagree but im only 17 and i cant exactly afford a real clubby haha so i have to choose the alternative. i also realised that on both sides of the car the side vents/indacators are alot bigger than the standard omega ones can this be changed also?

From what I understand it is very easy to do!

Go sit in a Omega and then sit in a Calais V or SS V. Not hard to figure it out.

Pffft - of course they can be changed. Truly - the 17yo seems to have the most mature posts in this thread.

    agh classic =)

im with soop on this, with the fake VY/VZ clubbys .... but also the VT/VX fakes ... and don't get me started on the VN/VP/VR/VS with VY cluby kits on them .... aghh dear

but honestly sticking a set of HSV lights and that on a VE looks trick =D

I dont disagree with the looks of throwing on a kit but when someone states that they cant afford the real deal and are even going to try and change the vents to make it so convincible then it goes to show what they are trying to do.

you would say the same to me if i tried to pass off the ssv as a GTS or Senator by throwing a kit on it and then changing all components to match.
i like modding cars but when does someone cross the line between personalising or fraud.

Some poor bastard will buy this one day and be ripped thats what i dont like

If "some poor bastard" buys the car thinking its a HSV, they are a tool. And deserve to be ripped off.
