Either exhaust rubbers "pretty common", stabiliser bar link rubbers, shocky rubbers or the panhard rod rubbers, not much else there.

Another method is to jack each wheel up and then get someone to press the brake pedal on so that the wheel is effectively locked solid. Then try to rotate,push, pull or whatever the wheel. Another way is to select drive, hold brake on and take revs to 2000rpm for a second or two and then do the same in reverse. This will put most suspension component under stress and hopefully the clunk will happen enabling you to track it down. Good Luck with your HSC.

have you tried looking at your tailshaft universal joints and joins?
