I got a engine light on a vp 304 code 45 running rich I got an adjustable fpr the fuel pressure won't go any lower than 40 psi changed fuel injectors oxygen sensor engine coolant temperature sensor thinking might be map sensor or ecu any suggestions

I had lean under load a while back, replaced the O2 sensor still happened. Tried four other things and weeks of testing, using AED software. Turned out the new OEM sensor was faulty from factory.

Code 45 high voltage so it's rich, try putting on some extra earth's might make a difference.
